After years of inner development, 2016 saw our NXT client released into your world.

 

In many ways, this was just the start. The client was built and transported to you, but it's still quite definitely part of our day. The great thing about taking care of an MMO like RuneScape Gold is you live with the same game for 07 Rs Gold players do every day time. We use the game to test and build new information, to do events along with you, and as our tool to inform the many stories regarding RuneScape. We work on your client every day and will do providing you keep playing.

 

Previously, we have talked about a lot of the technical challenges involved in releasing NXT. We always knew that - despite our best efforts to produce a perfect client - only testing in house would fall short. That's why we checked out ways we could buy your eyes on it asap.

 

You may recall sneak previews with Runescape Gold and beta weekends. Using the data from these, we carefully selected just what tweaks and changes we needed making sure that we could have a release that's stable and fully showcased, but still timely. With over half 1 year of live play driving us I'm pretty pleased with the level we unveiled at.
